Job Description

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Should have experience with LinkedIn tools.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential prospects.
  • Engage in personalized outreach to nurture relationships and generate leads.
  • Can lead the LinkedIn BD team
  • Able to lead the whole sales cycle and sales pipeline management
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify potential clients and generate highquality leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to lead generation on LinkedIn.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies for improved results.
  • CRM and tools management
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with Min 5 years of Experience in the sales industry preferably in I.T Business Development.
  • Experience in B2B sales and business development
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work the night shift.
Job Timings: 8 AM 5 Pm US Pacific time zone
