Role and Responsibilities:
As the Business Development Manager your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the US market.
  • Fostering relationships with potential clients and partners to expand the companys reach.
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to drive informed sales strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiating and closing deals while effectively managing contracts.
  • Actively identifying and developing new business prospects in the US market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and managing customer relationships ensuring client satisfaction. Successfully negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring favorable terms. Building robust relationships with potential customers and partners while conducting comprehensive market research and analysis. Exhibiting excellent communication skills while preparing and delivering impactful presentations to clients.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 10 years of experience in IT sales focusing on the US market.
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape and customer needs.
  • Previous experience in enterprise IT B2B sales with companies handling >$250 million in revenue.
  • Sales expertise with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation prowess and strategic research abilities.
  • Networking capabilities and business intelligence skills.
  • Proficiency in customer management and a techsavvy attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in the US time zone while based in Chennai and willingness to travel to the US regularly.
  • Selfmotivated resultsoriented and capable of working both independently and within a team.
