Job Description

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth for our ITES organization. You will play a key role in generating leads negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
  • Use various methods such as cold calling networking and referrals to generate leads.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and regularly update records.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries concerns and escalations.
  1. Proposal Development and Presentation:
  • Prepare and present proposals presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
  1. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Track sales activities pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on sales progress forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Work closely with the management team to set targets and strategies for business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. (Masters degree preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales or business development preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of ITES services and solutions is a plus.
