Overview:

As a Business Development Associate you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall sales and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through various channels such as networking cold calling and referrals
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting products or services
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys offerings
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Work closely with the business development team to achieve collective targets and objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings as necessary
