Job Description

  1. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients industry trends and competitive offerings.
    • Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.
  2. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels including online research networking events and industry publications.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  3. Client Outreach:

    • Reach out to potential clients via phone email and social media to initiate conversations and build relationships.
    • Communicate the value proposition of products or services to prospective clients.
  4. Sales Support:

    • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations proposals and contracts.
    • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and contribute to the development of customized solutions.
  5. Relationship Building:

    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  6. Networking:

    • Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to represent the company and expand professional connections.
  7. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
  8. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the team.


Requirements

Education:


Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  1. Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and research abilities.
    • Goaloriented with a proactive and selfmotivated approach.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  2. Experience:

    • Entrylevel position; prior internship or relevant coursework in business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. Adaptability:

    • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
    • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  4. ResultsDriven:

    • Demonstrated commitment to achieving and exceeding targets and goals.
