Requirements:
  • 1/2 years of previous experience in an administrative role preferably in a business development or sales environment;
  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and CRM software (Zoho CRM);
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and priorities;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional and courteous demeanor;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in problemsolving and process improvement;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.


About the position:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings presentations and events related to business development activities;
  • Maintain accurate records of business development initiatives partnerships and contacts using CRM software or other database systems;
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Coordinate creating and distributing marketing materials proposals and contracts;
  • Support the business development team in conducting market research analyzing data and preparing reports on industry trends and competitor activities;
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from clients partners and other internal teams ensuring prompt and professional responses;
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative procedures and workflows to streamline business development processes;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing operation and finance to ensure alignment in business development efforts;
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the business development manager or senior leadership.
