Achieve communicated KPIs by strictly following his key performance activities(KPAs), (outbound calls, sales visits, cross sell activities)

Report his KPAs on weekly basis to the business banking sales manager.

Personally and proactively build his area business banking portfolio of asset and liabilities.

Keeps updated and learns in-depth the more complicated products offered by the competition.

.

Grows the number of new account relationships via customer referrals, marketing leads and self-generated leads.

.

Proactively assesses financial needs of customers.

.

Responsible for achieving & delivering his/her targets in terms of acquisition, liabilities, asset and fee income for his/her Advising Zone.

.

Assisting the Business banking Area Manager in periodically evaluating performance levels as defined in the business plan.

.

Totally responsible for business banking acquisition for his advising zone.

.

Provide customer technical advices and solutions.
