Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle including testing and implementation.
• Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams to facilitate understanding and alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Familiarity with technical concepts and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the insurance domain is preferred but not required.
