- Collaborate with the product manager and technical team to define and prioritise project requirements.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to gather and document client needs and objectives.
- Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the product development process.

- Design and implement efficient workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making and improve product performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and products..
- Assist in the development of project documentation, including business cases, reports, and presentations.
