Job Description

- Liaising with business to confirm needed changes to the system, and coordination when applying said changes
- Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience
- Documenting newly created solutions in project packages
- Writing business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests
- Preparing documentation on process flows and presenting them to business stakeholders when needed
- Working closely with developers along with business stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
- Working closely with QA testing team to ensure new and existing functionality is properly implemented
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
