Business Analyst

Job Description

• 2-4 years of analyst experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations rol
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce reporting platform
• Understanding of SaaS GtM processes, customer lifecycle, SaaS metrics, and CRM data model at a multi-product SaaS company
• Demonstrable success as a data analyst and understanding of reporting and data modeling in relational databases
• Expert Excel skills, including experience translating large amounts of raw data into actionable intelligence
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective working both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and balance ad hoc reporting requests with larger projects.
• Highly motivated and pro-active individual with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and customer service.
• Proactive in searching for opportunities to improve and streamline processes using data, technology, and common sense
  
  Desired Skills:
  
• Strong Power BI data modeling and reporting knowledge
• Experience working in PowerQuery
• Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with multiple levels of management including the executive level.
• Strong customer-centric and ownership mindset and an eagerness to solve the problem at hand
• Proficient in data visualization
