Business Analyst

1. Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Conduct interviews workshops and analysis to understand business processes and user needs.

1. Data Analysis:

• Perform indepth data analysis to derive actionable insights and support decisionmaking.
• Utilize SQL and other tools to query databases and extract relevant information.

1. SAP Expertise:

• Leverage expertise in SAP to analyze and document business processes related to SAP modules.
• Collaborate with SAP users to understand system functionalities and address related issues.

1. Testing:

• Develop and execute test plans ensuring the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with the testing team to conduct system testing and user acceptance testing.

1. Documentation:

• Create detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and process flows.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

1. CrossFunctional Collaboration:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT finance and operations to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong background in data analysis with proficiency in SQL.
• Handson experience with SAP including understanding of SAP modules and related business processes.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and experience in creating and executing test plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
