Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots to produce highquality visual content aligned with the brands image.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand the brands visual identity and requirements for content creation.
• Utilize advanced photography and videography techniques to capture dynamic and impactful visuals.
• Manage all aspects of the production process including lighting composition and editing.
• Ensure that all visual content reflects the brands aesthetics and values.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance the visual storytelling of the brand.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and videography to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
• Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for future use and reference.
• Work closely with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver content that exceeds expectations.
• Adhere to timelines and project schedules to ensure timely delivery of visual content.
• Support postproduction processes such as editing retouching and color correction to enhance the visual impact.
• Conduct photo and video shoots in various locations both instudio and on location.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for visual storytelling.

Required Qualifications:

• Passion for Photography & Videography.
• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing content.
• Demonstrated expertise in using professional cameras lighting equipments.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand identity into visual content.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and the ability to conceptualize unique and compelling narratives through photography and videography.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of visual quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Keen eye for aesthetic composition color and visual balance.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Experience of working in a fastpaced and dynamic creative environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms for content distribution.
• Ability to take creative direction and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the brands visual presence.
• Possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
