Right now, we are seeking a full-time School Social Worker to work at our amazing partner school near Naperville, In this position, the Social Worker will be working with a caseload of high school During this time, they will provide students with push-in services, pull-out services, and provide SEL classes in the

The position roles would include:

Provides school social work services to students who are at-risk for school failure and/or are demonstrating social/emotional/behavioral problems within the school

Provides direct and indirect school social work services as a related service in support of special

Acts as a liaison between the home, school, and community providers to access, mobilize and coordinate

Provides crisis intervention services as

Performs other comparable duties of a like or similar nature as apparent or

Responsibilities

During this time, they will provide students with push-in services, pull-out services, and provide SEL classes in the mornings

Assess, advocate, and support each student

Participate in the IEP process and support students in reaching a goal

Collaborate effectively with families, students, and other facility members

Support general education students when needed

Requirements

• A Masters degree in social
  
• A LSW or LCSW
  
• Must hold a PEL Certification with a Social Worker or School Support personnel
