Bookkeeper Accountant with Zoho Books experience Part-time or full time

We solve complex VAT problems by leveraging the SAP BTP platform and the latest technologies (S/4 HANA Fiori UI5) with an innovative easytouse elegant robust and globally scalable platform.

We are now actively looking for an organized Bookkeeper/Accountant with Zoho Books experience to join our organization.

You will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records ensuring accuracy and leveraging Zoho Books for efficient financial management. If you have a solid background in accounting excellent organizational skills and handson experience with Zoho Books we invite you to apply.

YOUR ROLE

Zoho Books Management

.

Utilize Zoho Books for daytoday accounting operations including data entry invoice processing and reconciliation

.

Efficiently manage payables and receivables within Zoho Books ensuring accuracy and timeliness

.

Conduct regular reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts in Zoho Books

.

Produce Cash flow Statements

.

Generate customized financial reports on a monthly basis using Zoho Books

.

Monitor and categorize expenses accurately in Zoho Books

.

Assist in preparing financial data for tax compliance and collaborate with tax professionals

.

Work closely with other teams to gather financial information and provide Zoho Books support

YOUR PROFILE

.

Bookkeeping experience with a strong emphasis on using Zoho Books

.

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Zoho Books for accounting tasks

.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines

.

Fluent English knowledge

.

You are based in a Time zone / 1h of Central European Time

.
