Seasoned Recruitment is a leading healthcare recruitment firm that specializes in matching top talent with organizations in need. We are currently seeking a skilled BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team. As a BCBA you will play a critical role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities and other behavioral challenges.

As a BCBA you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals by conducting assessments developing behavior intervention plans and implementing evidencebased behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Implement evidencebased behavior analytic interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Train and provide consultation to caregivers educators and other professionals on behavior analytic strategies and techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor the progress of interventions and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and treatment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of assessments and interventions
Requirements
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience working as a BCBA
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis
