As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with JEWELS you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments collaborating with other professionals and providing guidance to our dedicated team of behavior technicians. Were seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to evidencebased practices excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Design implement and monitor ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services.
Train and supervise behavior technicians and support staff.
Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and progress reports.
Design tailormade treatment plans.
Conduct assessments per insurance requirements. Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
