Position:

BIM Modeler E/W

As a BIM Modeler in Utrecht youll utilize your expertise in 3D design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to work on installation design projects within the sustainable built environment of the Netherlands. Youll collaborate with project teams ensuring the quality of BIM/Revit models throughout all project phases. Additionally youll contribute to innovation by exploring new modeling methods and procedures managing standards and libraries.

Responsibilities:

• Creating 3D designs of installation projects in mechanical and/or electrical engineering for various structures such as public transport nodes complex utility buildings land stations bridges and viaducts.
• Ensuring the quality of BIM/Revit models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participating in discussions on innovation proposing new modeling methods procedures and standards.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders including BIM coordinators project managers architects and structural engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in relevant technical field (HBO or WO).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM modeler in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in programs like Relatics Revit Dynamo Grasshopper Civil 3D or other relevant 3D software.
