Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information in a professional manner
• Assist customers with product or service-related issues and resolve complaints effectively
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
• Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the company's database
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, German, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends
