• The purpose of this position is to answer customer calls;
• Provide first-level trouble-shooting (if a customer complaint) and/or provide information and guidance (if a general customer inquiry) in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries.

Job Requirements

• University Graduate is a must.
• Fluency in Korean is a must.
• Very good in English Language.
• Flexibility to work on fixed night shifts (1 AM to 1 PM) and rotational days off.
• 0-5 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply).
• Gender: M/F.
• Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
