Responsibilities:
Support the companys Group Benefits Business Development teams across Canada by accurately logging tracking and reporting on Request For Proposals (RFPs).
Read specifications and accurately log each English opportunity in multiple systems (CRM Outlook and SharePoint) within the required timeframe.
Efficiently manage the team s inbox and flag nonstandard requests to the Proposal Manager.
Provide support to the Proposal Specialists when necessary.
Prepare and complete simple proposals on occasion.
What you will need to succeed:
Experience working with Oracle CRM.
Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel Outlook SharePoint).
Group Benefits knowledge is an asset.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Efficient at working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Attention to detail accuracy and speed of execution are essential.
Knowledge of Group Benefits is an asset.
Strong communication skills.
Bilingual in English and French.
