Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Act t as the 1st line support, responsible for validating received benchmark logfiles prior to the initiation of the analysis process.
• Conduct thorough analysis of regular benchmarking VIP Axes, Main Roads, and hotspot measurement campaigns to assess customer experiences across Egypt, considering voice and data perspectives across various technologies (GSM, 3G, LTE & VoLTE)
• Generate, compile, and present comprehensive, detailed quality reports on a regular basis, encompassing all required analyses. Provide stakeholders with clear insights into network performance across diverse parameters.
• Maintain reporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the predetermined forecasted schedule to ensure timely delivery of required reports and project.
• Utilize logfile analysis to scrutinize network components, site performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and alarm definitions, ensuring optimal network functionality.
