Overview:

The Bench Sales Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organizations talent acquisition process. The primary responsibility of the Bench Sales Recruiter is to identify and engage with qualified candidates for various IT positions ensuring the fulfillment of client requirements. This role is integral to maintaining a robust talent pipeline and ensuring successful placements ultimately contributing to the companys growth and success in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates for IT positions based on client requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards social media and networking to attract prospective candidates.
  • Negotiate and finalize pay rates with candidates and ensure compliance with client and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Manage and coordinate the submission interview and placement process for candidates.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate and client interactions.
  • Conduct regular followups with consultants and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to meet client needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market activities and legal regulations related to staffing and recruitment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bench sales recruiting preferably in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment and sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills technologies and terminology to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to negotiate and finalize pay rates and contract terms with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to address issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understanding of employment laws regulations and compliance requirements related to staffing and recruitment.
