Job Requirements:
To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of 1 3 years of proven US Bench sales experience in US IT staffing with experience in marketing H1B/OPT consultants
Proficiency in US tax terms such as W2 Corp2Corp and 1099
Comprehensive knowledge of the US staffing business benchmark sales and recruitment processes
Screening of consultant resumes to assess profiles before marketing
sole responsibility for marketing US IT Bench Consultants (H1B US Citizen GC OPT and CPT) to vendors or direct clients.
Proven ability to build a network of vendor relations using social networking platforms like LinkedIn and other portals
Effective time management and experience in task prioritization
identifying suitable requirements matching consultant profiles on various job portals submitting consultants and coordinating interview schedules.
Strong coldcalling skills rate negotiation expertise and persuasive closing abilities
We must maintain the submission database coordinate interviews and manage joining formalities; we closely track and follow up with vendors.
