Behavior Analyst

We are hiring a Behavior Analyst for one of our clients in St. Louis MO.

Job Description:

• The BA will be expected to work between 20 and 40 hours per week with some availability to train on evenings and/or weekends.
• The BA must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 and the contractor must provide FTC with proof of such vaccination before the BA begins to provide services at FTC.

Responsibilities

• Create simulated conditions and observe the behavior of each client
• Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients cognitive social emotional and sensory needs
• Administer treatment and tailor interventions
• Suggest additional treatment by other professionals as required
• Operate within time financial and other resource constraints
• Remain abreast of changes in research on evidencebased practices
• Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society

Skills required:

• Proven work experience as a Behavior Analyst or similar role
• Indepth knowledge of and adherence to applicable ethical codes
• Valid drivers license with own transport is preferable
• Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures
• Excellent verbal and report writing skills
• Calm empathetic and patient demeanor
• Ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices even when under duress
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Behavior Analyst
