• Play an active role in product development projects
• Drive innovation in product aspects such as formula packaging and other associated elements
• Generate and share insights on product knowledge

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in the beauty product development field
• Fluent in English
• Wide understanding of skincare or makeup ingredients or an enthusiast of beauty products
• Capability to research and analyze current market trends
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven record of leading product managers and crossfunctional teams
• Previous experience in managing teams
• Availability to WorkFromOffice (WFO) policy
