We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a flair for creative and analytical marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop execute and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels focusing on increasing awareness consideration and conversion.
• Utilize data analytics to identify the best content promotion trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer reach and drive sales.
• Craft and manage compelling content for social media platforms especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Project and analyze marketing campaign growth and ROI in collaboration with the product and business development teams.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by determining effective content promotion trends creating content angles briefing and reviewing performance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing KOL Management Influencer Marketing or related fields.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency with TikTok Instagram and Affiliate marketing.
• Previous experience in promoting beauty brands on social media is a plus.
• Strong passion for the beauty industry with a preference for candidates with experience in beauty or consumer goods.
• Uptodate knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and creative skills.
• Datadriven mindset with a keen understanding of metrics.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Must be able to work fulltime in Mega Kuningan South Jakarta.
• Immediate availability and readiness to comply with fulltime office hours (9:30 AM 7:00 PM).
