As our Recruitment Manager youll champion our hiring efforts infuse the recruitment process with creativity and build a robust team capable of transforming the marketplace. Youll not only be a talent acquisition aficionado but also a mentor and leader within our thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct reporting line to the Head of Marketing & Product Development placing you at the strategic core of our corporate future.
• Craft and execute cuttingedge recruitment strategies tailored for the beauty and FMCG sector with an acute focus on Marketing and Product Development roles.
• Lead and nurture a team of recruitment professionals fostering a culture of excellence and collaborative success.
• Work closely with HR and departmental heads to grasp the staffing pulse and devise responsive recruitment campaigns.
• Harness the latest sourcing methods to magnetize and retain stellar candidates staying one step ahead in a competitive talent market.
• Carry out comprehensive interviews pinpointing individuals who not only have the skills but also embody our core values.
• Oversee the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a streamlined and engaging candidate journey.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of recruitment trends evolving with the market to elevate our hiring practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in HR Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
• Background in elite headhunting firms or experience in a highvelocity startup.
• 4 years of robust experience in recruitment including a leadership role with a preference for backgrounds in beauty/FMCG.
• A proven success rate in filling Marketing and Product Development positions reflecting your adaptability in a dynamic landscape.
• An articulate command of English both written and spoken.
• Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire and galvanize your team.
• Toptier communication skills critical for interdepartmental synergy and top management liaison.
• A proactive approach complemented by a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
