Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute diverse events to promote company products and enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with teams and external partners for smooth event execution from ideation to postevent analysis.
• Develop and oversee event budgets ensuring costeffective resource allocation.
• Negotiate with vendors for favourable terms maximizing budget efficiency.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate to enhance company presence in the beuaty industry.
• Ensure events reflect company brand image and messaging.
• Oversee creation of onbrand promotional materials and displays.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue catering and AV requirements.
• Manage onsite operations for a seamless attendee experience.
• Conduct evaluations assess event success and gather insights.
• Prepare reports with key performance indicators and improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in event management fields.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Event Management or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience in event management preferably in beauty FMCG or related industries.
• Strong project management skills capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Strong experience in New Product Development (NPD) launches.
• Experience in handling personal care/cosmetic products is preferable.
