JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the centers daytoday operations including client services staffing inventory management and facility maintenance.
Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of service providers and front desk associates ensuring exceptional customer service and performance.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies upselling techniques and effective promotion of our products and services.
Staff Development: Recruit train and develop a highperforming team encouraging continuous learning and growth opportunities.
Customer Experience: Ensure a consistent exceptional experience for each client strive for customer satisfaction and handle any escalated customer concerns.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage center expenses payroll budgets and financial targets to achieve profitability goals.
Compliance and Safety: Maintain compliance with all company policies procedures and industry regulations ensuring a safe and clean environment for both staff and clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Cosmetology Degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead inspire and manage a team towards achieving goals and targets.
Sales and Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales and revenue generation with a customercentric approach.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs.
Beauty Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty treatments skincare products and waxing techniques is a plus.
Education: Bachelors degree in business management hospitality or a related field is preferred.
