I am hiring Business Development Manager for one of our clients in Vadodara Gujarat!
About the company: Our client in an MNC!! They are dealing into manufacturing of Protective Coatings industrial chemicals Construction chemicals admixture etc. This company has multiple manufacturing units in India.
Job Profile: Business Development Manager
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Promote protective coating new products in assigned region.
Getting Approvals from Clients and Consultants for Products
Be able to perform Corrosion Audit and give Coating system recommendation to
Industrial Clients
Involves coating trials trouble shooting exploring new business presentation
competitor analysis etc.
Conducting product application trainings for the Company sales personnel in various
Depots polishers applicators contractors & painters.
Understanding and ability to perform business cost /benefit and financial analysis
Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts in targeted verticals
Develop and maintain Sales Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets
and profitability
Requirements
Educational Qualification: M.Tech / B.E. / B Tech ( Chemical / Paint / Polymer/ Mechanical / Civil ) / M.SC/ B.Sc Desired Candidature: Background in Sales / Business Development for Protective Coating, Industrial Paints, Industrial Coating, Industrial Chemicals, MRO, Anti Corrossive products with minimum experience of 5 years. Working on approvals for products with clients, consultants, Government bodies and corporates. Experience in OEM handling , Auto ancillaries , Pharmaceutical/ Food-beverage will be advantageous.
