About the Role: Operational Head (LED)

As an Operational Head (LED) at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will oversee and manage all operational aspects related to LED lighting products. Your role will involve strategizing planning and executing initiatives to ensure operational efficiency quality and productivity across LED lighting manufacturing functions.

Functional Parameters:

1. Production Efficiency:
   

Target: Maintain and improve production efficiency aiming for a minimum of 90% machine uptime and reducing downtime by 10% quarterly.

1. Quality Control:
   

Target: Achieve a product defect rate below 1% ensuring that all LED lighting products meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.

1. Inventory Management:
   

Target: Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory aiming for a 95% accuracy rate in inventory counts.

1. Supply Chain Management:
   

Target: Streamline supply chain processes to reduce lead times and improve supplier performance aiming for a 15% reduction in procurement lead time.

1. Cost Reduction Initiatives:
   

Target: Identify and implement costsaving initiatives across LED lighting operations aiming to reduce operational costs by 10% annually.

1. OnTime Delivery:
   

Target: Ensure ontime delivery of LED lighting products achieving a delivery performance of at least 95%.

1. Health and Safety Compliance:
   

Target: Maintain a safe working environment for all employees achieving 100% compliance with health and safety regulations and reducing the number of workplace incidents by 20%.

1. Employee Productivity and Engagement:
   

Target: Improve employee productivity and engagement levels conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing employee development programs.

1. Process Improvement Initiatives:
   

Target: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives across LED lighting operations aiming to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

1. Customer Satisfaction:
   

Target: Enhance customer satisfaction levels by addressing customer complaints promptly and implementing measures to improve LED lighting product quality and service delivery.

Requirements

Fundamental Parameters:

Experience: Minimum 1215 years of proven experience in listed companies.

Qualification: B.E Electrical from a recognized institution with good communication skills.

Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
