As a Barista Market Developer (BMD) you will be instrumental in establishing Oatly Barista Edition as the leading dairyfree alternative in Barcelonas coffee channel. Your primary responsibilities include leveraging your indepth knowledge of coffee shops in the area to cultivate strong relationships drive brand awareness and promote trial experiences for Oatly. The role reports into the Barista Team Lead for Southern Europe is based in Barcelona and requires native/full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Solid experience within the specialty coffee industry with demonstrable commercial experience.
• Deep understanding of Barcelonas coffee landscape attuned to emerging trends and market dynamics.

• Execute the already existent development strategy for Oatly Barista Edition within the city scene injecting your personal Insights and creativity.
• Cultivate robust relationships within Barcelonas diverse coffee community encompassing baristas caf owners and other relevant stakeholders winning them through your unique personality outstanding knowledge and strong credibility.
• Champion Oatlys prominence by actively cultivating strategic partnerships with influential accounts.
• Promote awareness of sustainabilitys impact on the coffee industry.
• Curate and execute engaging coffee events to foster community bonding while spotlighting sustainability.
• Assist with the execution of larger activations across Barcelona and be an inspiring ambassador for the brand (by being yourself).
