We are currently looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Sales to lead the next phase of our commercial expansion in Spain. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to build and scale high-performing sales teams from the ground up.
Your Mission
Drive new business growth by designing and executing a commercial strategy focused on client acquisition partnership development and the creation of a scalable sales structure capable of achieving ambitious goals.
What Youll Do
--> Define and execute a go-to-market and acquisition strategy for Spain targeting both direct clients and strategic partners.
-->Build lead and mentor a new business sales team with a strong hunter mindset from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and continuous coaching.
-->Develop a partner network to accelerate indirect sales and strengthen market reach.
-->Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Product and Consulting to align messaging campaigns and solutions with evolving market needs.
-->Implement sales processes and tools that enhance visibility forecasting and performance tracking through data-driven decision-making.
-->Establish a strong sales culture based on accountability achievement and continuous improvement.
-->Design and optimize the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing ensuring high-quality pipelines and strong conversion rates.
-->Monitor performance metrics identify improvement areas and ensure predictable sustainable revenue growth.

- Proven experience (5 years) leading B2B sales teams ideally within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Strong hunter profile with a solid track record in new client acquisition and consistent overachievement.
- Experience building teams from scratch including hiring onboarding and setting up training and enablement frameworks.
- Hands-on leadership style capable of driving execution while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Data-driven mindset comfortable working with CRM systems KPIs and performance analytics.
- Proven experience (5 years) leading B2B sales teams ideally within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Strong hunter profile with a solid track record in new client acquisition and consistent overachievement.
- Experience building teams from scratch including hiring onboarding and setting up training and enablement frameworks.

- Availability to work 23 days a week at the office located in Reus (with a new office opening soon in Barcelona).
