Purpose of the role:

We are seeking an experienced and customerfocused Bar Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the highend atmosphere of our club and hotel by providing impeccable service to patrons at the bar and throughout the venue.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Taking and processing drink orders accurately and efficiently delivering a high level of customer service.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages including cocktails wines and nonalcoholic drinks with attention to presentation and quality.
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing recommendations and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries concerns and special requests.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area including glassware utensils and bar tools.
• Assisting in restocking and replenishing bar supplies as needed.
• Providing table service to guests seated in the bar area or other designated spaces ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
• Promoting special events drink specials and promotions to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Upselling premium beverages and encourage guests to explore new and signature offerings.
• Adhering to all company policies as well as local state and federal regulations related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Following responsible beverage service guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of guests.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience as a Bar Waitress in a highend club hotel or upscale establishment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails wine and bar etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with pointofsale systems and cash handling.
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age requirement 21 years.

The hourly salary rate is 10.10 euros gross.
