- Preparing/updating work procedures in line with the operational models of the departments, policies and authorities to raise the efficiency of operations and in line with the control and control systems and with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
- Preparing/updating bank forms (in both Arabic and English) according to a unified design in line with internal instructions, laws and regulations in order to provide better service to customers.
- Documenting and defining the scope of work within the procedures and processes that fall on each employee in particular and the branches and departments in general.
