We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System Analyst (.Net/Java) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role youll be instrumental in techengineering tasks to support our technical teams efforts towards achieving the companys business goals. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead manage and mentor a technical team in system development driving improvements in efficiency availability scalability flexibility functionality and usability of our products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead techengineering tasks to assist the technical team in meeting the companys business objectives.
• Guide manage and train the technical team in system development to enhance product quality.
• Design system architectures to improve product efficiency availability scalability flexibility functionality and usability.
• Possess a deep understanding of software architecture operating systems and networking principles.
• Collaborate with the technical team to establish benchmarks standardizations technical specifications and other mechanisms for nonfunctional requirements.
• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Create tools and resources to help the team work more efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree is preferred.
• 12 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related field with at least 2 years prior experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer.
• Proficiency in planning architecting designing estimating and executing to ensure successful software development delivery to customers.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide team members and ensure completion of tasks in alignment with business needs.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Deep knowledge of information technology software development and distributed frameworks with enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment.
• Familiarity with GIT CICD virtualization and containerization technologies and proficiency in using issue tracking tools.
• Understanding of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
