About the Company

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud) to join our dynamic IT team. In this role you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless business continuity of our IT systems addressing system failures promptly and maintaining high standards of IT system management in line with OJKs requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Continuity and System Management: Proactively monitor IT systems to ensure continuous operation. Identify diagnose and rectify system failures promptly to avoid business disruption.
2. Technical Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between the inhouse technical team and outsourcing partners to facilitate the successful execution of critical tasks and projects.
3. Process Formulation: Develop and implement IT system management processes and specifications to comply with OJKs regulations and standards.
4. Emergency Response and IT Compliance: Lead emergency responses conduct thorough troubleshooting and ensure adherence to IT compliance standards. Oversee monitoring operation and maintenance processes.

Your Qualification:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Linux system operation and management.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MySQL database principles and SQL (including query creation editing and troubleshooting). Familiarity with software like Nginx Kafka Linux Java etc. is highly advantageous.
• Language: Fluency in English as a primary working language.
• Communication and Documentation: Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Learning and Adaptability: A quick learner with the capability to adapt and integrate new technologies efficiently.
• Personality: A cheerful disposition combined with strong interpersonal skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial enterprise operation maintenance process specifications and security compliance is highly desirable.
