Job Description
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support customers through Receiving calls
- Fixed shifts (8 am till 5 pmm) for females
- rotational shifts 24/7 for males
- Fixed weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Create and promote an environment that fosters both individual and team advancement to ensure the outstanding delivery of customer service.
- Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service.
- Solve Customer's technical issues

- Excellent up to fluent English level
- Max age 26
