Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side web application logic using a programming language such as Node.js.
Location: Indore
Onsite: 5 days
EXP: 3+ years of experience
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side web application logic using the programming language Node.js.

Work closely with frontend developers to integrate frontend designs with backend APIs.

Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.

Design and implement data storage solutions, including databases and caching mechanisms.

Embrace good development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing and code reviews

Implement security and data protection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

4 years of experience in backend development.

Proficient in the programming language Node.js.

Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
