Job Summary:

The Integrated AV Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving HAUSBA s growth in both the hospitality and commercial sectors. This role involves delivering custom Guest Room Management Systems smart entertainment public address systems Hotel Building Management Systems comprehensive AudioVisual solutions and professional AV solutions for large congregations venues houses of worship nightclubs and highend cafes restaurants and lounges.

The specialist will enhance guest and client experiences through cuttingedge technology and innovative sound and visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships across the hospitality and commercial sectors to identify opportunities for technological enhancements.
  • Propose integrated AV solutions tailored to the unique ambiance and acoustic requirements of each client ranging from luxury accommodations to commercial venues.
  • Build robust relationships with decisionmakers in houses of worship entertainment venues and the hospitality industry to understand their specific AV needs.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with hospitality industry leaders to identify opportunities for technology enhancements in luxury accommodations.
  • Design and propose integrated technology solutions including advanced GRMS and smart entertainment systems tailored to the unique ambiance of each client.
  • Specify and sell custom AudioVisual solutions that cater to the diverse needs of hospitality venues from background music to multimedia conference facilities.
  • Ensure all proposed AV solutions align with the luxury aesthetic and operational needs of highend hospitality environments.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AV systems that align with clients aesthetic and operational needs.
  • Conduct site evaluations to inform solution design integration strategies and ensure exceptional audiovisual experiences.
  • Collaborate with project management and installation teams for flawless implementation adhering to industry standards.
  • Deliver training for staff and manage the entire sales process with a focus on excellent customer service and longterm relationships.
  • Oversee the entire sales process maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service and longterm client relationships.

Performance KPIs:
  • Sales Growth: Achievement of sales goals within the commercial AV and Hospitality sector.
  • Market Expansion: Success in establishing HAUSBA as a goto provider for commercial AV solutions & Hospitality technology Solutions.
  • Client Retention: Ability to secure repeat business and longterm relationships with commercial clients.
  • Project Success: Delivery of AV solutions that meet or exceed client expectations in functionality and performance.

Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Sound Engineering or related fields with a specialization in technology or AV systems preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales roles within the hospitality technology or commercial AV industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical requirements and articulate them effectively.
  • Proven track record in sales preferably within the commercial AV industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of sound systems live AV processing and broadcasting equipment.

Professional Development Requirements:
  • Ongoing industryrelated training and certifications.
  • Regular participation in workshops and trade shows to stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends.
