Role and Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits meetings and presentations.
- Identify potential selling opportunities and assess customer needs in the field of Robotic Automation.
- Ensure effective costing of materials for automation projects.
- Respond promptly to online mail and telephone queries from clients.
- Negotiate with parties through inperson meetings to secure business deals.
- Coordinate all aftersales activities to ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent aftersales services.
- Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential customers in the automation industry.
- Follow up with customers for orders through calls and regular visits.
- Focus on generating new customers and expanding the client base in the field of Robotic Automation.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Automation and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A valid bike license is preferred for this position.
