About the Role
Embrace the challenge and reward of the Business Development role where you will lead our sales efforts engage with toplevel executives and support companies in raising capital. By staying at the forefront of the Indian debt market you will gain invaluable experience keep abreast of the latest trends and developments and ensure our organization remains competitive and relevant. This role enables you to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients propose customized solutions that address their needs and contribute significantly to our organizations growth.

Responsibilities
- Explain RBF and Klub products to brands
- Act as a liaison between brands and internal teams to facilitate investments
- Generate new brand leads identify founders and develop a robust topofthefunnel for Klubs RBF
- Present and communicate effectively with CXOs/Founders of mid to latestage companies; build personal relationships with them
- Manage sales funnels and work with a team of 35 people to achieve sales targets
What Are We Looking For
- 23 years of fulltime experience in business development or partnerships preferably within the lending industry
- A proven track record of liaising with consumer brands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- A product mindset and experience in managing sales funnels
