Job Description

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in video production and post-production capacity – for example, studio, agency, freelance
- Expertise in filming and in non-linear editing platforms (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut)
- Strong storytelling ability and understanding of how to develop and construct a coherent narrative
- Knowledge of online/offline production workflow
- Ability to self-manage and to organize workload around tight deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to creating content that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to shoot and edit video, manage audio, shoot photos, and produce motion graphics/animation
- Knowledge of software-based non-linear video editing toward producing content in this position
- Storytelling - the ability to craft a compelling narrative in a high quality content delivery that is authentic and on-message
- Clear understanding and delivery of artistic vision with content partners toward bringing ideas to life
- Ability to collaborate on creative and efficiently scale production for delivery
- Solid asset management toward improving the post production workflows and archiving
- Availability to travel and work occasional nights or weekends
