Overview:


The Associate Director Bank Alliances plays a critical role in the organization by leading and managing strategic alliances with various banks. This position is essential for driving business growth and expanding market reach through effective partnership management and collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement alliance strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead negotiations and drive key initiatives in alignment with partner banks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze and report on alliance performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively for alliance activities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the bank alliances team
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank partners at various levels
  • Drive revenue through effective promotion of financial products and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic partnership management within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through bank alliances
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a highperforming team
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Deep understanding of banking products services and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with bank partners and attend industry events
  • Strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic alliance plans
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Proactive innovative and resultsoriented mindset
  • Relevant certifications in partnership management or related fields are a plus
