We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales manager in achieving sales targets managing the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth developing sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


Requirements

Experience: 5 10 years
FMCG Marketing experience in must
Qualification: Any Graduate
Candidate should be in the Same Location
Assist in recruiting training and managing the sales team.
Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities results and forecasts for management.
Implement corrective actions and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge.
Collaboration with Other Departments:

Coordinate with marketing operations and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives.
Provide input on product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
