Assistant Sales Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE

Supports the Inside Sales Team with providing outstanding customer service to assigned global medical device customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Accurately quotes prices for customers based on established standards and information provided by the Sales Coordinator(s).
• Provide all standard quote requests within 24 hours to Sales Coordinator counterpart.
• Complete order entry, verification of customer’s written purchase order, order confirmation, and invoice within 24 hours of receipt.
• Coordinate quoting of nonstandard items through cost estimating Quote Review Board (QRB) and ensure certain customer requirements are fully specified and clearly understood.
• Work internally with Quality Team to coordinate resolution of all customer complaints in a timely manner and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Issue credits for returns following internal processes and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
(TECHNICAL/ PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS COMPETENCY)

• BS degree in business or related field.
• Associate’s degree.
• 1-3 years’ experience as inside sales representative or customer service representative.
• Experience working in a product manufacturing environment.
• Experience in medical manufacturing.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
