Salary: $89,377 - $148,900/annually

Sign-on bonus up to $30,000

Director of Case Management Opportunity:

• The Director of Case Management is responsible for directing and managing Utilization Management, Case Management, Social Services and Discharge Planning
  
• Oversees the work of the case managers which includes the collection and coordination of data for monthly cost/access/quality reporting
  
• Responsibilities encompass medical staff monitoring and evaluation activities and coordination of hospital-wide resource management activities
  
• Develops and implements case management programs, including utilization review, intake or discharge planning, and managed care contracting or negotiation
  
• Evaluates patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards
  

Director of Case Management Qualifications:

• Director of Case Management must have a RN license
  
• BSN or MSW
  
• Prefer at least 3 years of Acute Care, Director of Case Management experience
