Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key
clients understanding their needs and deeply engaging with them to uncover
their unique requirements.
Solution Building: Work closely with clients to build customized solutions that
address their specific challenges and contribute to their longterm success.
CXO Engagement: Independently engage with Clevel executives in customer
organizations effectively presenting our solutions and aligning them with the
strategic goals of the clients.
Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve
revenue targets focusing on consultative selling and longterm relationship
building.
Market Understanding: Stay abreast of industry trends particularly in the agritech sector and leverage this knowledge to position company as a
leader in the field.
Techno Sales Expertise: Utilize the understanding of techno sales processes
to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product
development and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize results.
Education Qualification & Experience
Experience: 57 years of proven consultative sales experience in the
technology sector.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the agricultural industry and a strong
understanding of remote sensing technologies is highly advantageous.
Academic and Business Records: Demonstrated academic excellence and a
consistent record of success in driving business growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with
the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling
manner.
ResultsDriven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a
focus on building and maintaining longterm client relationships
