- Contract drafting reviewing vetting and negotiation
- Review of contracts with Clients NDAs MSAs SOWs
- Review and preparation of Agreements to be entered into with Vendors
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Contribute and enhance the organizations legal processes leading to improved risk management enhanced compliance efficient legal operations
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws
- Understanding of license agreements software development.
- Coordinate and assist fellow team members in daily operations
